Stayed in the Eden in Cannes last week. Given the reasonable price we paid, I thought it was great. It's right on rue d'Antibes, though near one end, away from the vieux port. The room was very modern and spotless. There is a small roof-top pool, and another indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The staff were very helpful. Parking was a bit steep at €17 a day, but that seems pretty standard around that area. Only complaint was how difficult it was to find, but that was more to do with the one-way traffic system than the hotel itself. Would definitely recommend it as a mid-range price hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May and really enjoyed our stay. To accomodate the two of us with our two 7 year olds and 18 month old baby, the hotel recommended interconnecting rooms. They offered a very good rate (probably due to our last-minute enquiry.) We were made to feel very welcome, clearly this hotel is comfortable with children. The rooms were spacious, clean and had nice decor. The bathrooms were modern and frette towels and gowns were provided along with slippers. There was a lovely rooftop swimming pool as well as the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the main shopping area and a very short distance from the beach front. Thanks to good double glazing, there was no noise (and I am super sensitive to this.) The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied and included in the room rate. Drinks from the bar were pricey but I think you pay partly for the environment.

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The weather was poor so my husband and I stayed indoors for much of our stay. Good thing we booked at the Eden. Pool, jacuzzi, and steam room kept us relaxed and happy. Would recommend this hotel to other couples looking for calm location with easy walking distances to restaurants and shopping galore.
