If, within 24 hours of booking your stay on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com, you find an equivalent offer for the same hotel at a lower rate on another website, we will offer you that rate plus a further 10% discount.

How do I take advantage of the ‘best rate’ guarantee? It’s very simple.

  • Book on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com, where you’ll find our best available rates, and you’ll be given a booking confirmation number to be shown in all correspondence.
  • If, within 24 hours of booking your stay, you find an equivalent offer at a lower rate on another website (same booking dates, same type of rooms, same terms of sale, same booking content, etc.), send us an e-mail at the following address meilleurprix@eden-hotel-cannes.com, giving details of the website on which you found an equivalent offer at a lower rate and sending us a screen copy of the rate and offer to activate the best-rate guarantee.
  • Having checked the information you send us, our customer department will confirm your booking at the lowest rate observed and offer you a further 10% discount.

Definition
If, within 24 hours of booking your stay on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com, you find an equivalent offer at a lower rate on another website for the same offer and the same type of room (excluding tourist tax but including the booking fee), we will offer you that rate plus a further 10% discount.

Application of the guarantee
The ‘best rate’ guarantee applies to bookings made on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com for which a confirmation number was sent when the booking was confirmed.
To ask for the ‘best rate’ guarantee to be activated, please send us an e-mail at the following address: meilleurprix@eden-hotel-cannes.com.

Applicable rates / Exclusions
The rates covered by the ‘best rate’ guarantee must be accessible to the public and open for booking, to the exclusion of the following:

    • rates reserved for “groups”
    • rates reserved for “companies”
    • rates applied to “seminar and meeting organizers
    • special promotional offers offering an extra discount after booking (e.g. promotional codes supplied following registration for a newsletter)
    • rates reserved for Eden Hotel & Spa Cannes loyalty card-holders.
    • rates reserved for Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes partners and their employees
    • rates reserved for Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes employees

Type of room
The equivalent type of room must be available and bookable on another website when the Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes customer department carries out the check.

Booking dates and duration
The ‘best rate’ guarantee applies to equivalent booking dates to the booking dates confirmed on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com.
For requests relating to two consecutive nights or more, the ‘best rate’ guarantee will be based on a price per night and not on the total price of the stay.

Currency
If the rate observed on another website is expressed in a currency other than Euros, the customer department will convert the rate into Euros.
The currency exchange rate used will be based on the exchange rate given by http://fr.fxexchangerate.com/ in force when the original booking was made.
Once the rate has been converted, the Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes reserves the right to refuse a claim if the difference between the rates appears to be due to the fact that the two websites are using different currency exchange rates.

Terms of sale
The terms of sale associated with the other website’s rate must be equivalent to the terms of sale for the rate booked on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com in order for the ‘best rate’ guarantee to apply.

The following are concerned in particular:

      • prepayment and deposit payment requirements
      • cancellation terms
      • booking alteration terms

–      The currency
–      For a stay of several consecutive nights, give a breakdown below of the price of your stay for each night.

Incomplete requests will not be dealt with.

Requests may be made within 24 hours of making the booking by sending an e-mail to meilleurprix@eden-hotel-cannes.com (the booking time acts as proof) and 72 hours before your planned arrival at the hotel. The ‘best rate’ guarantee does not apply if the original booking was made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Dealing with requests
Once the customer department has completed its check, the ‘best rate’ guarantee will be granted if your claim meets all the relevant conditions. The customer department will send you an e-mail with your booking confirmation number and the new rate applied to your booking.
If the booking is based on a prepaid rate, the hotel will refund the difference in price on the bank card initially debited online.

If your claim does not meet the conditions linked to the ‘best rate’ guarantee, the customer department will send you an e-mail stating that the guarantee cannot be applied.

If you wish to cancel a booking made on www.eden-hotel-cannes.com, the cancellation terms that apply are those mentioned in the terms of sale presented on the website.
Rate on leaving the hotel

On leaving the hotel, you will be billed at the rate confirmed by the customer department plus any service provisions not included in the booking (restaurant, bar, etc.).

If the booking was prepaid, you will be billed on leaving the hotel for only those service provisions not included in the booking (restaurant, bar, etc.).

Liability
The Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes decline all liability for any expenditure incurred as a result of cancelling a booking, for all bookings made on a website other than www.eden-hotel-cannes.com.

The Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes reserves the right to adapt or put an end to the ‘best rate’ guarantee and to the terms of the guarantee at any time without notice.
